The Choate "Custom" Tactical Stock for the Savage Short Action Center Feed features:
  • Drop-in design
  • CNC Aluminum Bedding Block
  • Vertical Pistol Grip
  • Sling Studs on both sides
  • 10-1/2 inch long Anschutz rail under forend for bipod adapter
  • Bipod Adapter included
  • Adjustable Cheek Piece offers elevation adjustment up to 3/4 inch
  • Adjustable Butt Assembly adjusts LOP (Length of Pull) by 1-1/4 inches. Also adjusts height or drops down 1-1/8 inches
  • Fits Savage Short Action with action screw spacing of 4.41"

There will be an 3/16 gap under the safety on all the Choate Savage Varmint, Tactical and Sniper stocks. The action should only touch on the V of the bedding block and back of the recoil lug. The gap at the back is normal for Savage actions when installed in Choate stocks.
