Just received my tactical bolt handle. Noticed it was quite a bit lighter than factory model but was made out the same material. Liked that a lot. Was very easy to install. Took rifle to shooting session and really liked how easy it was to operate the bolt. Also it looks awesome.

I am building a couple Savage rifles for long range hunting, after the optics and stocks the next upgrade was a extended “Tactical” bolt handle. I looked at a few online and in person before deciding on the one from Tactical Works inc. It had the Look and added length (Read Leverage) I was looking for. I placed my order online Thursday evening and MONDAY the knobs arrived ! Talk about fast shipping and great Customer Service.

The Knobs felt solid, and looked as good as the pictures. The finish was a hard uniform black that most definitely did not scratch off easy… (yes I tried :o)

Installation was straight forward remove the ¼” allen head bolt screw on the Savage bolt (Sometimes Very Tight and requires a wack with a hammer on the wrench), remove old knob and replace with new one, tighten bolt. The knob can only go 2 ways, and one will be Obviously Wrong when you re install the bolt in the rifle.

The bolt is much easier to lift with this knob, even with 2 and 3 x fired brass neck sized only. The added leverage lets me cycle the bolt without moving the rifle off target, this equals Consistency. The cylindrical shape is smooth to use andworks well with gloves. It also Looks VERY Cool ! and we all know, Cool points are a must !

Recieved my bolt handle today! Really looks cool on my rifle. Took 4 days to get it after ordering on christmas eve! Very pleased with the simple (and fast) service. Would highly recommend Tactical Works to anyone!!

Ordered the bolt handle on Friday and it was in my mailbox on Monday! Great Service. It only took about ten minutes to install on my Model 220F and looks really cool. It is much easier to cycle the bolt with the new handle and the cycling seems a little more "precise." Great product!

As the others have mentioned, the light weight is great, yet doesn't seem to sacrifice any strength. Also, it is longer than the photo would suggest, which is exactly what I was hoping for. This has significantly improved my bolt throw. I would highly recommend this product. The realistic price and ultra fast shipping were also greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Bought a new 111 in 300 Win. mag and found the original handle too short for the stiff long action. Ordered and two days later replaced the handle. Awesome feel now I love my rifle.

I had a very bad experience with some reloads. It drove my scope into the ring during recoil, pushed my ejector back into the bolt head and stuck in there. I was not sure how to get the action opened up, so I set the butt on the ground and pretty much kicked the bolt handle then it broke loose. I am positive these are well made.
