Refunds will be given when product is returned in new condition if a shipping or product discrepancy is found within 30-days of purchase pending verbal approval and receipt of an RMA number.
- Eligible returns need to be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Refunds will be made in the same method the customer originally paid.
- Tactical Works, Inc. will process refunds within one week of receiving an authorized return.
- 10% or $10 restocking fee, whichever is greater may apply.
- If we make a mistake we will pay for all standard shipping costs, charge no restocking fees and accept all returned items.
- If an item is returned because the item ordered did not work for your specific application and the order was placed in error, Shipping Charges will not be refunded!
