Excellent cheek pad! Quality add on to any bolt action rifle. There are not many options for us lefties and you really cant go wrong with this item!

Advantages: - T.W. has amazing customer service
- Fit and finish are excellent
- customizable fit
- holds .223 or .308 shells no problem
- soft cheek pad
- elevates your head for a better shot
- keep tools, extra ammo or whatever else you want in the zipper pouch
- It looks really great on my Remington 700 SPS-V
- Affordable price

Disadvantages: Not waterproof, but with some all protectant spray, it will become water resistant.

Seriously? These cheek rests are perfect. They can be used to dramatically improve proper cheek weld on everything from a 10/22 to a custom HS Precision stock. I add small amounts of foam padding underneath the rest for more precise alignment. The comfort and low cost solution for improving accuracy is unparalleled. The soft suede does crackle and wear over four or five years but doesn’t stop it from functioning. And it’s the easiest way to make even a cheap plastic stocked savage bolt action shoot better and look great. No it’s not as good as my accuracy international or masterpiece arms stocks. But for $40?? You will be very impressed.

Tactical Operations Ammo Cheek Pad Black

I purchased the Tactical Operations Ammo Cheek Pad for a new Remington 700™ SPS™ Tactical AAC®-SD™. This product is well designed and appears to be very well constructed of durable materials. As a previous reviewer stated, I also I placed a piece of foam underneath the pad to raise my eye perfectly in line with my scope. The result was a very comfortable cheek weld and perfect sight alignment. The soft velour-type fabric is easy on the face and the felt-ammo loops and zippered pouch are practical additions. Ordering was simple and delivery was speedy. Had an optionally insertable foam insert been included with this product, it would be perfect for any rifle! Thank you for a GREAT inexpensive, quality product!
