The C model features Flush Blind Nuts/Inserts for adjustment with an open adjustment channel.  

The cheek rest includes; Kydex Cheek Rest (not cheap plastic), two 1/4 bolts, two Flush Blind Nuts/Inserts, and an open cell rubber pad.

Perfect fit. Easy to install. Just take your time to ensure it's mounted in the proper location. I used rubber bands to find the location.
