The Bipod Lever Lock also allows for a more precise adjustment than does the OEM wheel nut.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-656\" title=\"red-and-black-skull\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tacticalworks.com\/tacticalblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/red-and-black-skull.jpg\" alt=\"WARNING\" width=\"300\" height=\"180\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Before starting wo<\/em><em>rk on any firearm be su<\/em><em>re that the firearm is clear. The spacer is required for installation. The Lever Lock is threaded and has an Allen Hex bolt in the top. There is no need to use a tool for this part of the installation. Simply thread the Lever Lock on the\u00a0tension stud until snug. Do not over tighten or you will risk damaging your bipod. Once the Bipod Lever Lock is installed the locking pin can be released. The Bipod Lever Lock has a ratcheting mechanism which allows the user to pull back, toward the butt of the weapon, to disengage\u00a0the lever for re-positioning.<\/p>\n<p>Most installations will have the Bipod\u00a0Lever Lock snug when parallel to the left bipod\u00a0leg (when extended)\u00a0roughly the 7 o&#8217;clock position.
