MDT's detachable box magazines are AICS pattern magazines designed to fit the MDT chassis systems, as well as many other M24 type chassis and bottom metal. Manufactured from high-quality Polymer and uses a tempered steel spring.

Features:

  • High-quality polymer with a high glass content to ensure durability and strength
  • Tempered steel spring
  • Max OAL: 2.550"

Compatibility:

MDT AICS magazines are guaranteed to work in all MDT XRS, TAc21, LSS, LSS-XL, HS3, ESS, and ACC Chassis systems.

They do not work with the following inlets: Browning X-bolt, Winchester XPC, and may require fitting in Winchester Model 70. Based on customer feedback, the following systems work well with MDT magazines, but fitting may be required in some cases.

  • 6.5 Grendel (may require minor modification)

Not sold on the product

Advantages: It costs less than an actual 6ARC mag

Disadvantages: Probably the hardest mag to load I've ever had. I hope there's a breakin period and it becomes easier to load.
