Chris U about  MDT Polymer .223 Magazine:
Apr 9, 2016
These mags work great in a AICS chassis. Excellent product.

Advantages: They work

Disadvantages: The ridge on the back of the mag partially block the mag release lever. Five minutes with a file fixes it.

Great magazine

Advantages: One of my friends uses his Savage .308 mags for the 6.5 Creedmoor and got sometimes miss loads. The 6.5 CM mags I ordered seems to don't have that problem. We will see how they work under stress in our upcoming long range rifle match this Saturday.

Disadvantages: None

pretty straight forward review, it seems to be well made, nice phosphate finish, performs well on my rifle, my only complaint and its not so much a complaint is I had to try and find attaching bolts for it but other then that I would def buy it again

This customer purchased the item at our site.
Product is easy drop in, only about 5 minutes to install. Definitely worth the price compared to the metal magazine conversion kits that go for $200-$300.

Advantages: Easy installation, good fit, good price.

Phillip R about  Accu-Shot 1913 Rail - 4 inch:
Nov 12, 2017
Very nice as expected. Bought for my Savage BA Stealth 110. I removed the swivel stud and needed something I could mount forward a bit and all the rail pieces out there had holes at set distances. This gave me the ability to have whatever I needed.

Advantages: Very nice, as it should be!

Disadvantages: Doesn’t come with any screws or tabs to mount to mlok, or anything. Kind of rediculous. I knew that when I ordered it but for the price it should include it.

Eric J about  Howa Tactical Bolt Knob:
Apr 17, 2020
This product is both well made and aesthetically pleasing. The machining is precise and the milled pocket fits with minimal slop. However, the supplied o-rings are far too thick to be used on my Howa. After trying both o-rings, one ring, two (thinner) rings of my own, and finally single ring, I finally settled on some very thin receipt paper to act as shim stock in the bolt knob pocket. Epoxy bedding the knob into the pocket would likely be the ideal installation, but the paper shim stock is a rock solid solution at this point. Additionally, silicone plugs for the screw counterbores would be a nice addition to this kit.

Advantages: Quick to install. Comfortable. Good looking. Effective for its intended purpose.

Disadvantages: No installation instructions or suggestions. No torque specs for the screws. Supplied o-rings much too large to use without a significant gap being created.

The Badger DBM5 is the gold standard. It's built like a tank and upon inspection, it is clearly worth the money. If you are lucky to find one, I suggest you purchase it.

Advantages: This dropped right into my mcmillan a5 with sendero barrel and action. Pillers included which saved me some work. Finish is anodized and the magazine release has a strong spring.

Disadvantages: Slight mag wobble, but its tolerable. The 5 round mag does stick out a good amount and catches on clothes, gear, and brush. User error could be blamed though.

Judd about  Accu-Shot AFAR Kit:
Excellent product for the Choate stock of my Savage 110. Fits snuggly in the rail but be carefull because it can slip off when the screws are not properly tightened. It reminds me of my Anschutz target rifle that has a similar rail system.

This is my second Atlas bipod. The Atlas is a precision instrument build to last yet compact and light. The ability to adjust the legs forward and backward independently is a huge plus for shooting on uneven surfaces. It is also a modular unit where one can add longer legs and feet. I shoot from a bench and I am able to lock the bipod once I have my rifle level. It has helped my ability to shoot accurately. I don't like to lug around to much equipment. With this bipod, I don't really find a gun vise necessary. Needless to say, I highly recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a light and versatile bipod. Check out the video on youtube to see for yourself.

The mount is rugged, well finished and MADE IN THE USA
For two screws, the installation is more than screwing this on to your forend.

Advantages: allows me to rail mount a bipod and a sling.

Disadvantages: I mounted it on a Weatherby Mark V with a composite stock.
Proceed with caution.
First the mounting hole adjacent to the hole for the existing sling stud is too close for the provided "T" nut to work as designed. I started with a small pilot hole. Luckily the Weatherby stock has an aluminum rail imbedded in the stock and I drilled and tapped it to the correct size for the front screw (the size of the screw is not listed so it took some time to find it on the internet. the rear screw is straight forward except you need a forstner bit to countersink the "T" nut. a final note the paper provided shows what appears to be a a drilling template, it is not, the hole location is 1/8" too short, the drawing is for dimensions only. Badger could do better with the instructions and resize the drawing to the correct dimensions.

This customer purchased the item at our site.
Magazine is definitely worth the cost. Easy too load and lock into the magazine well, but the spring is not very stiff. I could not get the final round to chamber at all in till I stretched out the spring to make it stiffer.

Advantages: Light, fits well.

Disadvantages: Spring is a little too soft, last round sometimes has trouble cambering from the mag.

very well constructed magazine

Advantages: allows you to cycle 10 rounds for target shooting

Disadvantages: this magazine is not designed for the howa 1500 with the Pacific tool & die detachable bottom metal. The rounds do not cycle properly with this magazine. Please do your research if you are doing bottom metal conversion

Need to show that this stock DOES NOT include buffer tube.
I ordered a buffer tube extension from another source and did NOT need a fixed stock adapter as the tube had outside threads that fit the LSS chassis.

Advantages: Versatile for cheek rest and length.

Disadvantages: Did not include buffer tube extension that threads into LSS chassis.
