Xtreme Hardcore Gear's caliber specific powder funnels are machined from solid aluminum bar stock on CNC turning centers. These precision funnels are meticulously machined to exacting tolerances then buffed for a perfectly smooth ID finish. This allows the powder to flow smoothly into the case mouth.
The funnels are color coded with a bright dip anodized finish and then laser engraved with the caliber on the funnel base for easy identification on your reloading bench. These funnels are anti-static with all powders and stay upright while on the case neck in your reloading block.
The shoulder of the case fits into a counter bore that is the average neck diameter of a case neck OD of that caliber. The diameter of the funnel throat above the case neck is the exact ID of the case neck ID. This configuration allows even the finest powders to flow into the case without hanging up on the edge of the case mouth.
Pistol caliber funnels have a 0.015 allowance for case belling.
