The Howa Mini Action Trigger Guard by DIP is an Aluminium Replacement for your plastic factory trigger guard/mag well. Gone are the broken action screw tabs!

Direct drop-in replacement for the plastic factory trigger guard/mag well. Fits all Mini Action calibers including the new 450 Bushmaster.

DIP also redesigned the magazine catch spring perch location to add a noticeable amount of tension to help prevent accidental magazine drops.

Howa changed the magazine catch in 2023 on current production rifles. The DIP Trigger Guard will only work if you order the DIP Magazine Catch. The new style catch from Howa will not work with the DIP trigger guard. 

If your rifle is pre-2023 then you will need to use the mag release from your factory trigger guard. When installing the magazine catch and spring, cut a toothpick so it is the same width as the catch and use it to hold the spring onto the catch while installing them into the trigger guard/mag well.
