Savage Titanium BAS by Lumley Arms

This is a lightweight replacement BAS (Bolt Assembly Screw) for your 2019 and newer Savage made from grade 5 titanium alloy (Ti6Al4V). The 2019 and newer Savage rifles don't have the bolt lift issues typically associated with the older design. If you have a pre-2019 Savage rifle with the old-style firing pin you will need the Savage Bolt Lift Kit here.

Available in three color/finish options, the BAS uses the best materials and coatings available achieving a high hardness and corrosion resistance coupled with a reduction in weight. These are very competitively priced and offer a lifetime of hard use in all environments. When combined with the Lumley titanium bolt handles (left hand, right hand, right hand fluted) and titanium bolt bodies, substantial savings in weight can be achieved.

Fits Short and Long Action Savage models 2019 and newer to include the 10, 110, 11, 111, 12, 14, 114, 16, 116, 220, and 212.

Fitting guide:

Minimum tool required is a 1/4" hex key. If in doubt it is recommended to have a gunsmith fit the kit. Holding the bolt firmly with the BAS facing upwards in a padded vice is the easiest method. Be aware of the spring pressure before unscrewing the BAS. Lumley recommends applying a small amount of bolt-lug grease or alternatively a grease of similar viscosity to the BAS threads prior to installation and decocking the bolt first then recocking following reassembly.
