“Freedom is never given, it is won.” Thanks to all of our service men and woman we sit here, today, July 4th 2010, a free country.

Let each and everyone of us cherish the freedom that we enjoy day after day hour after hour,  and please do not forget the ones who have provided us this freedom. Not the White House, not our congress men and women, not even our governors or mayors, Thank a solider, for without the solider we wouldn’t have freedom.

Next time you see someone with our armed forces don’t feel uncomfortable and pass them by, simply walk up and thank them, buy them a drink, acknowledge them because we live free because of their past, present, and future sacrifices.

To all of our men and woman of our armed forces of today, yesterday, and tomorrow.  Thank you.

Tactical Works, Inc. www.tacticalworks.com Partners with CDI Precision Gunworks www.cdiprecisiongunworks.com & Alpha Industries & Manufacturing www.alphaindmfg.com to Sponsor “Ace” in the Sniper Challenge at the Creekside Firing Range in Taylorsville, GA July 17th.

Arvada, CO June 21, 2010– On July 17th, 2010 Ace, with the help of Tactical Works, Inc., CDI Precision Gunworks, and Alpha Industries & Manufacturing, will hit the Creekside Firing Range with a Savage .308 to be the best of a group of 40 seasoned long-range shooters.

Ace’s Savage will be a Short Action .308 with a Choate Tactical Stock, CDI Precision Gunworks bottom metal conversion, 10-Shot Alpha Magazines, Competition Trigger, Tactical Bolt Handle.

The Challenge will include shooting various targets at unknown distances. None of the contestants will know the course until the morning of the shoot.  Targets will range from 100 yard to 600 yards. The shooters will be required to shoot from different firing positions and to move through various stations.

All shots will be taken from the rifle that the shooter takes their first shot with including gear, rifle, ammunition, spotting scope, and anything else needed.

“We’re really excited to be involved with this group in the Sniper Challenge. It’s awesome to see a great shooter like Ace compete head to head with a Savage rifle and products offered by Tactical Works, Inc. In the last shoot Ace took first place with a rifle that cost a fraction of most of the competing rifles. It says a lot about Ace and proves a mildly upgraded Savage can hold its own against the more expensive offerings out there. Let em fly Ace” said Andy Work COO of Tactical Works, Inc.
